Living room windows are facing southwest. The sofa can be converted into a 160 x 200 cm bed that is very comfortable thanks to lamellar bed base and high mattresses. The room – similarly to all ground floor rooms – is equipped with floor heating. Additionally a fireplace is available to set the right mood (wooden briquettes are charged separately). All windows are equipped with roller blinds.
