2. Legal basis of personal data processing

2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data shall be your consent given to the controller under Article 6 (1) (a). (a) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (‘the Regulation’).

3. Purpose of personal data processing

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send business messages and make other marketing activities by the administrator towards you.

3.2. There is no automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the controller is 5 years from the granting of the consent to the processing, however, at the latest until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).

5.1. Other recipients of your personal information will be those providing marketing services for administrators.

5.2. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

6. Rights of the data subject

6.1. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify or delete your personal data, or limit its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to transfer your personal data.

6.2. You have the right to revoke the consent of the controller to the processing of your personal data at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. 6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or violates the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

6.4. You are under no obligation to provide personal information. Providing your personal information is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement required to enter into a contract.

6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, as long as the profiling concerns this direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
